Terms of Service

1. What Boojiai does

Boojiai takes a short description of what you want to build and generates a live website for you. The site is hosted on a subdomain we provide (for example, yourname.heeo.io). Your site includes a small chat widget ("the concierge") that can answer questions from your visitors. As you make changes, Boojiai helps you improve the site and gives you short, plain-language updates about who visited and what they asked for.

2. Your account

You must create an account to use Boojiai. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to sign up, or older if your country requires it.

3. Credits, plans, and refunds

Boojiai uses a credit system to cover the cost of generating and improving your site. You do not see a credit meter on individual actions — you see your plan and your remaining balance.

• Free plan: 50 credits, one-time (not refreshed).
• Paid plans: a monthly credit allocation that refreshes each billing period. Monthly allocation does not carry over between months.
• Top-up packs: purchased credits are added on top of your plan allocation. Top-up credits do carry over month to month and remain available until your account closes.
• Once a credit has been used on a generation, it is non-refundable. If a generation fails before AI work began, the credit is automatically returned.
• Paid subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. You keep access until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
• If you were charged by mistake, contact us within 30 days and we will review it.

Boojiai subscriptions and top-up packs are sold through LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record. LemonSqueezy processes your payment, collects applicable taxes, and appears on your statement as the seller of record.

4. Your projects and what happens to them

You own the output. All text, images, and code generated for your project belong to you. You can export your project files at any time.

Inactivity pause. To keep costs reasonable for everyone, projects pause after a period of inactivity:

• Free projects: after 60 days with no visitors and no founder sign-in, the live site shows a "Paused" page instead. You can reactivate with one click.
• Paid projects: if your subscription ends, you get a 30-day grace period. After that, the project pauses the same way.

Paused projects are preserved so you can reactivate them. You can request deletion of your account and project data at any time; we process deletion requests within 30 days.

5. Connecting your own payment account ("Make it Live")

Boojiai is building a feature that lets you connect your own Stripe or LemonSqueezy account to your project so you can accept payments directly from your customers. When that feature is used:

• Your customers' payments go directly to your payment account.
• You are the merchant of record for your customers. Boojiai does not process, hold, or have access to those funds.
• You are responsible for your own tax, refund, and consumer-protection obligations to your customers.

Until this feature launches, your project does not charge your visitors for anything, and no customer payments flow through Boojiai.

6. Your concierge and your visitors

Your project includes a chat widget that talks with your visitors on your behalf. The content of those conversations is your data — you can read them, use them, and decide what to do with them. Boojiai stores them on your behalf so the widget works and so we can show them back to you.

If your visitors come from the European Union (or similar jurisdictions), you may need your own privacy notice on your site telling them how their chat data is used. Boojiai's privacy policy only covers our relationship with you — not your relationship with your customers.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Boojiai to generate or host content that is illegal, deceptive, hateful, or that violates someone else's rights. We can suspend accounts that break this rule. You are responsible for what your deployed site does.

8. Service availability

Boojiai depends on third-party services (AI providers, hosting providers, payment processors). We aim for high reliability but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We also can't guarantee that AI-generated content is free of errors — you should review what's generated before sharing it with customers.

9. Limitation of liability

Boojiai is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Boojiai in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in-product before it takes effect. Continued use of Boojiai after the effective date means you accept the change.
